Sister Joan Chittister presents the story of the clan of Abraham from the Christian side of the family; Murshid Saadi Shakur Chishti, (Neil Douglas-Klotz) a well-known Sufi Muslim teacher, author and one of the creators of the Dances of Universal Peace, gives the Muslim perspective and Rabbi Arthur Waskow, director of the Shalom Center and author of a dozen books on Jewish spirituality, explores the Hebrew version. Karen Armstrong provides a substantive introduction.
